We visited the ignis dome twice now and I can honestly say I did not want to leave either time. Ultimate relaxation surrounded by the sounds of birds. Sophisticated styling in a simple and elegant atmosphere. Comfortable and cozy. Our favorite spa in the woods.

Absolutely wonderful!! I stayed here with my wife in their "tiny home" during the extreme winter. The temperature was as low as -43°C but the home had heating, plenty of utensils, charging points, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom and shower. Outside there was a sauna, firepit, hot tub and a beautiful view of the frozen lake through the forest 😍

The Geodesic dome being hosted by Lindsey is absolutely gorgeous and endearing. Everything mentioned in the listing and in the manual is totally accurate. Not a single detail is missing which makes the stay all the more adventurous as if you’re solving some puzzle in the off-grid setting! The sauna, shower, BBQ, fireplace facility- everything is beyond perfection!

We had a lovely and peaceful stay and would highly recommend! The dome and sauna are perfect and the location is gorgeous!

The place was really magical and romantic, me and my boyfriend went for a weekend away the city and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. It’s nice that it’s an hour away from our city edmonton. And it was really secluded so felt like it was just us. Everything that we needed was complete from all the utensils and cooking stuff and even portable chargers. Wish we stayed longer, would definitely go back and recommend. Thank you to the host ❤️

Lindsey was a great host, very accommodating, and this place was kept in spectacular order.Pretty much everything you need is here aside from food and clothing. It was way more convenient to plan and pack for our stay versus the usual tenting.

The dome is super neat and we loved the sauna at dusk for the views we got in September.Highly recommended staying here. We were only able to do a single night but next time we definitely want to have a little longer rof a stay because "time flies when you're having a good time".

Celebrated my oldest daughter’s 16th birthday at Refuge Bay! It was a beautiful stay! Amazing client care and such a magical place! A very special and memorable birthday! We will definitely be back!!!

An incredible experience. The time inside the dome felt so cozy and luxurious. The surrounding area is gorgeous. All of the amenities were as described, and Lindsey was quick to respond to any questions. We spent our days outside, watched the sunset over the lake, and then had a wonderful time watching evening storm showers from the comfort of the lovely bed. I’m glad that we ordered the charcuterie plate to be there on arrival. It was delicious and set such a great tone for the weekend. We loved it as a summer getaway, and we will definitely try to return for a winter adventure one day.

Such an amazing private little get away! We came on our honeymoon and so glad we did. The experience was awesome! Very good communication with the Host which made things easy. Highly recommend!

This mini vacation was the best time we’ve had in a long time! The dome, the site and the view were all spectacular! Lindsey thought of EVERYTHING and anything that you could need. This was such a unique experience! The sauna was the perfect touch and the amenities were luxurious. Such a romantic setting at night with all of the lights, candles and torches. A true glamping experience. 100% recommend everyone go here at least once, you'll love it!

We never thought that we could have a night so secluded and peaceful away from the city. We had such a romantic night and would recommend this for any couple looking to escape and enjoy a peaceful time segregated to unwind and enjoy a private area together
